About the Role

Orbital Kitchens seeks a detail-oriented and assertive Change Management Project Manager to streamline our recipe and menu change processes. In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for all menu and recipe modifications, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and successful implementation across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Facilitate Meetings – Manage weekly recipe changes, holding tank meetings, and ensure accountability and decision-making.
  • Oversee Recipe/Menu Changes – Implement a comprehensive project management system to provide complete visibility to all stakeholders.
  • Centralized Tracking System – Develop and maintain project tracking tools using platforms like Jira or similar software.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Manage communication across the Operations, Marketing, R&D, Data, Catering, and Direct Menus teams.
  • Process & Documentation Management – Standardize and migrate existing documentation from Google Docs to Confluence or a similar knowledge base.
  • Bill of Materials (BOM) Management – Implement standardized BOM updates and product transfers for seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in food service or related industries
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Experience in process improvement and documentation standardization.
  • Ability to hold stakeholders accountable while maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and problem-solves independently.
